Steeda Competition Springs (linear rate) will lower your Mustang 1" in Front
and 1 1/4" in Rear. The Competition Springs are stated to have the highest spring
rate available, yet I find them compliant for anyone who wants their car to handle
like a race car. The steering response is amazing and with the stock shocks these
springs will truly liven up the handling. |

Above: "Taco Bill" (infamous great guy) posts everything as a "how to" on The Mustang Source. If you are not already a member, you may have to register to view this link. If you own an S197 (2005 or newer Mustang) you are doing yourself a disservice by not visiting that site. With a low profile jack, a torque wrench, some basic hand tools (metrics too)
you can do this in your own garage in about 4 1/2 hours. |
